  Had a conservatory roof changed to a Supalite lightweight tiled roof by Quality Direct and could not speak highly enough of the installation. The whole job went like clockwork inspite of the terrible weather. Kevin the installer was excellent and I could not have praised him enough for his excellent eye to detail. I would highly recommend Quality Direct and I will be getting all my windows and doors next

  Had a new Supalite tiled roof fitted by Quality Direct and could not be more pleased. Glenn came round and explained in great detail what we were getting. Kevin the installer was superb and his attention to detail was second to none and it could not have gone any better. Quality Direct were not the cheapest but the extra was well worth it and the difference was very little. I would highly recommend Quality Direct and will be calling them back when I change my windows and doors later this year.

  Had a new tiled Supalite roof fitted to our existing conservatory. We were worried about the company to choose after hearing horror stories. Glenn came round and gave us no pressure and was very professional and the quote he gave was not the cheapest but he gave us confidence so we placed the order with Quality Direct.   We recently purchased a new house with a polycarbonate roof conservatory, which aside from being in bad condition and an isore, was very cold in winter and uncomfortably hot on warmer sunny days. I got a few quotes for various conservatory roof conversion products but Glenn’s quote for the Supalite system was very competitive and as a Civil Engineer I liked the robust aluminum framing and generous insulation so we went ahead with the works.
  The installer Kevin was obviously very experienced and was able to overcome some tricky details with the existing box gutter. He had excellent attention to detail and I could not be happier with the finished product.
  The conservatory is now a proper living space and our favourite room in the house.
  I would definitely recommend both the Supalite system and Quality Direct.

  I can highly recommended Quality Direct for conservatory roof replacements. I had a SupaLite tiled roof fitted having looked carefully at several options. Glenn was professional and offered a fair price. Kevin fitted the roof – it did take around 10 days as he works on his own – but the quality of work is superb and caused minimal disturbance. I had good information about the building regs certification (not yet received but I am assured is going through). Also received easy to follow information about registering with the Consumer Protection Association to protect my deposit and activate my insurance backed guarantee on completion. There are so many companies out there offering similar services but what you get with Quality Direct is an honest family run business that provides high quality work.

  I did my homework before asking for quotes from different builders. Glenn visited me and walked me through his offer. I was impressed by his experiences and insights. Also, the quote was very reasonable. I signed the contract with Glenn when I did a very comprehensive comparision. Everthing went quite well after that. Now I have a brand new roof with better insulation for my conservatory. I’m still waiting for the certificate which no doubt will improve the EPC rating and increase the valuation of my house. I would recommend Quality Direct to those who are considering replacing their roofs!

  I had 3 quotes to replace my windows and doors and Quality Directs price was in the middle but I was impressed with the professionalism of Glenn who visited.   Kevin did a fantastic job replacing our conservatory roof for a Supalite tiled roof and I would highly recommend Quality Direct. They were not the cheapest but there quality and work far exceeded there slightly more expensive cost and Glenn was superb all the way through
