  I did my homework before asking for quotes from different builders. Glenn visited me and walked me through his offer. I was impressed by his experiences and insights. Also, the quote was very reasonable. I signed the contract with Glenn when I did a very comprehensive comparision. Everthing went quite well after that. Now I have a brand new roof with better insulation for my conservatory. I’m still waiting for the certificate which no doubt will improve the EPC rating and increase the valuation of my house. I would recommend Quality Direct to those who are considering replacing their roofs!

  I had 3 quotes to replace my windows and doors and Quality Directs price was in the middle but I was impressed with the professionalism of Glenn who visited. I was not disappointed as the quality of the fitting carried out by Kevin was superb and his attention to detail was perfect.   Kevin did a fantastic job replacing our conservatory roof for a Supalite tiled roof and I would highly recommend Quality Direct. They were not the cheapest but there quality and work far exceeded there slightly more expensive cost and Glenn was superb all the way through

  After some research and follow up with references, we chose Quality Direct to replace our old conservatory with a modern orangery extension. Glen was a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. Tim the builder and Kevin the fitter did a wonderful job and demonstrated a high level of attention to detail.

  We have used Quality Direct previously with our first conservatory, and to extend our second conservatory. I must say that I would highly recommend this company. We contacted Quality Direct in regards to replacing our glass roof with a Supalite Tiled Roof System.
  The quote received from Glen was very fair, as we did receive other quotes and the pricing was ridiculous.
  From start to completion, Glen always kept us updated.
  Kevin and Tom have done a fantastic job installing the new roof, we are very happy with the new roof and the service we received. The room with the solid roof and SkyVista glass panels is stunning.
